Teams & Multi-Store
Level creates a team automatically when you install from Shopify. One team = one Shopify store — plan, WhatsApp, campaigns, and COD settings all belong to that store.
Team switcher
If your login has access to more than one team (for example you installed Level on several shops, or someone invited you), the header switcher lets you move between them.
Adding another store
Install Level on the other Shopify store from the App Store . That install gets its own team, plan, and WhatsApp connection. Stores do not share a single Free/Starter/Pro subscription.
What’s scoped to the team (store)
- Billing and plan
- WhatsApp connection (shared number or BYO)
- COD verification, abandoned cart, and campaign settings
- Notification preferences and email digests
- Message flows and templates (when on BYO)
