How it works

1. Sync — Level checks Shopify for abandoned checkouts every few minutes
2. Qualify — Carts with a phone number and a checkout link enter the send queue
3. Message — Up to 3 WhatsApp messages, spaced out over hours you control
4. Recover — When the customer completes checkout, the cart is marked recovered

Plan requirement

Carrello abbandonato recovery requires Starter, Pro, or Agency. Gratuito plan merchants see the feature as locked.

Master toggle

Recovery on/off in Carrello abbandonato settings . When off, carts are still tracked but no messages are sent.

Setup checklist

1. Upgrade to Starter or Pro
