Level is a Shopify app that helps merchants reduce fake Contrassegno (COD) orders using one-tap WhatsApp verification — customers confirm or cancel with buttons, no OTP required.
What Level does
- Verifica COD — Sends a WhatsApp message when a COD order is placed. Customer taps Conferma or Annulla.
- COD rules — Nascondi COD al checkout or skip verification for specific carts, pincodes, products, and tags.
- Carrello abbandonato recovery — 3-touch WhatsApp sequence to bring shoppers back (Starter+).
- Campaigns — Broadcast WhatsApp messages to customer segments (Pro with your own WhatsApp connected).
- Shopify sync — Tags orders, adds notes, and can auto-cancel unverified orders.
