Gratuito plan merchants on the shared WhatsApp number get 50 included messages per month.

What’s included

All delivered WhatsApp messages on Gratuito count toward the 50 — mainly Verifica COD and related utility messages (thank-you / cancel) on the shared number. Reminders, abandoned cart, and campaigns are not available on Gratuito.

What happens at the limit

When you reach 50 messages:

• New Verifica CODs show as Blocked by limit
• Dashboard shows “Included messages used up” banner
• You receive a Message limit reached notification (if enabled)

Sending resumes at the start of your next billing cycle, or immediately if you upgrade.

Tracking usage

The dashboard shows {used} of {limit} included for your current cycle. A warning appears at 90% usage.
