Reconnect Shopify
If Shopify disconnects, Level stops syncing orders and sending Verifica CODs until you reconnect.
How you’ll know
- Dashboard banner: “Shopify is disconnected — Reconnect in Integrations”
- Email alert: Shopify disconnected notification (if enabled)
- New COD orders don’t appear in Level
- Carrello abbandonato sync stops
How to reconnect
- Open Integrations in the Level app
- Click Reconnect Shopify (or reinstall from the Shopify App Store )
- Approve the permissions prompt in Shopify Admin
- Conferma the disconnected banner disappears
After reconnecting
- Order sync resumes automatically via webhooks
- In attesa verifications for recent orders may need a manual resend
- Carrello abbandonato polling resumes within minutes
- COD checkout rules sync again — open COD settings and save if checkout hide rules were failing
Preventing disconnects
Common causes of disconnection:
- App uninstalled or permissions revoked in Shopify Admin
- Store transferred to a new Shopify account
- Expired or invalid access token (reconnect fixes this)
