Level offers four plans. Subscriptions are billed through Shopify. Each install is one team and one store — plan features apply to that store.

Campaigns need your own WhatsApp connected. Passaggio a Pro alone is not enough until BYO setup is finished.
WhatsApp billing models
Shared number + Gratuito
50 included messages per month. Sending stops when exhausted. Customers see Level’s WhatsApp number.
Shared number + Starter / Pro
Unlimited sends from Level. You pay per delivered message at rates shown in Message rates. Requires Shopify usage billing approval.
BYO (Pro+)
Connect your own number from Integrations. Unlimited sends from Level. Meta invoices your WhatsApp Business Account directly for conversation fees. Enables campaigns.
Changing plans
Upgrade or downgrade from Billing . See Upgrade / downgrade.
On Gratuito and Starter, WhatsApp settings show Upgrade to Pro for your own number — that opens Billing; it does not start Meta signup until you’re on an eligible plan.
