WhatsApp messaging by plan
Shared number (Gratuito) — 50 messages included per month. Sending stops when the limit is reached.
Shared number (Starter / Pro) — Unlimited sends from Level; you pay per delivered message. Requires pay-per-message approval in Shopify.
BYO (Pro+) — Collega il tuo WhatsApp number. Unlimited sends from Level. Meta bills your WhatsApp account directly. Campaigns require BYO.

Upgrade
Change plans from Billing in the Level app. Shopify handles proration. Gratuito and Starter see Upgrade to Pro for your own number on the WhatsApp page when they want BYO.
