How it works

1. Sync — Level checks Shopify for abandoned checkouts every few minutes
2. Qualify — Carts with a phone number and a checkout link enter the send queue
3. Message — Up to 3 واتساب messages, spaced out over hours you control
4. Recover — When the customer completes checkout, the cart is marked recovered

Plan requirement

سلة مهجورة recovery requires Starter, Pro, or وكالة. مجاني plan merchants see the feature as locked.

Master toggle

Recovery on/off in سلة مهجورة settings . When off, carts are still tracked but no messages are sent.

Dashboard metrics

• Recovery rate — % of messaged carts recovered this month
• Open carts — Carts still eligible
• Recovery messages sent — Total touches delivered
• Carts recovered — Checkouts completed after messaging

Setup checklist

1. Upgrade to Starter or Pro
2. Assign templates for abandoned cart message types
3. Enable recovery in settings
4. Create a Shopify discount code if using discount offers
