Assign Templates

Each automated واتساب event needs an approved template assigned before messages can send.

الخطوات

Open Integrations → Message flows
For each event (التحقق من COD, abandoned cart reminder, etc.):
- Select an approved template from the dropdown
- تأكيد variables are mapped (click Map variables if needed)
Click Save flows

Shared number

Templates are pre-assigned for shared-number merchants. You can view assignments but not change them. Upgrade to Pro and connect your own واتساب for full control (required for campaigns).

If messages aren’t sending, check:

Template status is Approved (not pending or rejected)
Variables are mapped for all placeholders
Flow is saved after changes
