BYO Setup

Bring Your Own (BYO) lets Pro and وكالة merchants send messages from their own واتساب Business number instead of Level’s shared number.

Requirements

• Pro or وكالة plan (مجاني and Starter cannot connect a personal number)
• A Meta Business Manager account
• A phone number eligible for واتساب Business API

Setup steps

1. Open Integrations → واتساب  in the Level app
2. Click Connect your واتساب (eligible plans only). مجاني/Starter see Upgrade to Pro for your own number, which opens Billing
3. Complete the Meta Embedded Signup popup (keep the tab open until redirect completes)
4. Once connected, messages send from your number — including campaigns when enabled

During setup

While setup is incomplete, you’ll see “Your number — not finished yet” and messages continue from Level’s shared number.

Available actions:

• Finish connecting — Resume the Meta signup flow
• Disconnect your واتساب — Remove connection, fall back to shared
• إلغاء and use Level’s number only — Clear stale setup data

After setup

• Messages send from your connected number only — no fallback to shared
• You manage your own templates in واتساب template manager
• Configure Message flows per store
• Meta invoices your واتساب Business Account directly for conversation fees
