Shopify Disconnected
When Shopify disconnects, Level stops syncing orders and sending all واتساب messages.
Symptoms
- Dashboard banner: “Shopify is disconnected — Reconnect in Integrations”
- Email alert: Shopify disconnected (if notifications enabled)
- New orders don’t appear in التحقق من COD

- No واتساب messages sent for any flow
How to fix
- Open Integrations
- Click Reconnect Shopify
- Approve permissions in Shopify Admin

Alternatively, reinstall Level from the Shopify App Store .
After reconnecting
- Webhook sync resumes automatically
- Recent orders may need manual resend if they were created while disconnected

Common causes
