When you connect your own واتساب Business number (Pro+), billing works differently from the shared number.

Level subscription

You still pay your Level plan subscription through Shopify:

With BYO, Meta invoices your واتساب Business Account directly for conversation fees. Level does not charge per message.

The Billing page shows:

“Your واتساب number — billed directly by واتساب”

Unlimited sends from Level

Level does not cap or block message sending for BYO merchants (subject to Meta account standing and template approval).

What you pay Meta for

Meta charges per conversation (24-hour window), categorized as:

• Utility conversations (التحقق من COD, reminders)
• التسويق conversations (abandoned cart, campaigns)
• Authentication conversations
